What kind of photo should I provide for the stamp?
Please upload a clear front-facing photo of your pet. A well-lit photo with unobstructed facial features works best. Our designer will create a hand-drawn line-art design based on your photo to help capture your pet’s expression as accurately as possible.
Can this stamp be used on a real pet passport?
Yes. The stamp uses quick-drying, waterproof ink, making it suitable for paper pet passports, travel journals, and pet memory albums. It is a lovely way to mark every place you and your pet have traveled together.
Can the ink be refilled after it runs out?
Yes. The stamp is designed with a refillable ink structure. Each stamp comes with two bottles of stamp ink. One refill can be used clearly for over 500 impressions. When the ink runs out, you can simply refill it with compatible stamp ink.
How long does it take to receive the custom stamp after placing an order?
Since each stamp involves custom line-art design and detailed engraving, the production time is usually 3–5 business days. Shipping typically takes around 7–12 days. You will receive a custom package made especially for your pet.
Can I request changes if I am not satisfied with the design proof?
Yes. Before production, we will send you a design proof by email for confirmation. If you feel the expression or details are not accurate enough, you can request revisions. We will only proceed with production after you approve the design.
