Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@wanderpaws.store, including photos if possible.
We will assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
